Birth and Beyond Core is the option for birthing people seeking small group, in person education on all aspects of labour, birth and the transition to parenthood.
This paid for option provides;
- four in person interactive weekend sessions held over one or two weekends
- opportunities to network with parents-to-be with the similar due months, max. 8 couples per group
- 16 hours of in person education including early labour, birth partner role, variations in birth and post-natal recovery
- access to Birth & Beyond Complimentary sessions
