Advice for patients: received a text message from us?

We are currently contacting our patients who are on a waiting list for surgery or an outpatient appointment. If this includes you, you may have received/will receive a text message that starts ‘This is a text from the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust’.

Please be assured that this is not a scam message and that it is safe to follow the instructions contained in the text. It is important that we get your response so that we can ensure you are on the right list for your treatment or for you to advise us that you no longer require the appointment or surgery – thank you.
